• Initial contact from client. We will discuss the general scope of the project and RCD’s cadd process. Information is exchanged and reviewed so a ‘Concept’ model can be developed.
• Conference call/webinar to review ‘Concept” model to go over proposed schedule and pricing.
• Site meeting includes discussion of project in detail, collect any additional information and execute agreement between parties.
• Develop ‘Preliminary’ model based on ‘Concept’.  We will meet and review preliminary so it can be reviewed and fine-tuned. We will also provide ‘overview’ documents for the bidding process.
• Develop enhanced ‘Permit’ model phase involved selecting final materials and building styles.  The structure and background data is evaluated.
• Generate final permit drawings for the final review and transfer of plans.
• We stand behind all our plans and offer clarifications and comments as needed.

RCD has over 25 years of experience in all phases of residential construction. We hold a Maryland Home Builder license and Maryland Home Improvement Commission license. Our experience has made us well rounded in all aspects of your build and while we keep up to date on all new construction practices we have an extensive knowledge of the ‘tried and true’ methods as well.

RCD maintains relationships with engineers, architects, builders / remodelers and various building organizations.
